People ask me all of the time “Paul, how do you get so much done? Do you net sleep? Do you not spend time with your family?”
The answer is the exact opposite of that, actually! Sleep is the first thing that I put into my schedule and it’s a non-negotiable.
We all have 168 hours in the week. What determines our success is what we do with them when we’re awake. If we sleep for 8 hours per night, that leaves us with 112 hours awake.
